Join me for a day of blissful tranquility, rest and replenishment with time to simply be.
You'll leave with a glow in your heart, body eased out and mind in precious peace.
Your Yoga Day Retreat includes:
Arrive at 10 am for a welcome drink and extended morning yoga in the tranquility of the garden studio. We will lose ourselves in the breath and in gorgeous natural movement that's in tune with your body. From here, meander through the gardens and gather round the generous farmhouse kitchen table for a nourishing lunch, then take your pick from cosying up, idling in the ancient woodland gardens and along the stream or venturing a little further afield before returning to a deeply calming and restorative afternoon yoga session. Body and mind relaxed, we'll adjourn to the house for a slice of cake and cuppa before we say goodbye around 6.30pm.
It's so rare to have the chance to totally let go, to take a day at your own pace, to move in ways that feel truly nourishing and supportive, to explore the inner landscape of the heart... this precious day is yours for the asking.
Time away held in loving kindness, so you leave blissfully rested, your furrows eased and inner being at peace.
"Julia, your teaching always delights me.
I leave taller, fresher, reminded that I don't need to push so hard. The way you teach is delicate, nourishing and kind.
Thank you." Kathy

In the quiet of the garden yoga studio, slow mindful Yoga will open and ease your body, whilst giving your nervous system vital relief. A sense of moving meditation will support you in finding mental stillness and softening of heart.
This special day is offered to a limited number of participants. It will be an absolute treat in restful seclusion, away from daily pressures and concerns.
"It was just like arriving to my dream country cottage.
Everything has been thought of and I felt at home straight away. I can't believe there's such a perfect Yoga space too.
Can it be our secret?!" Lesley
Vanda Scaravelli who has been a huge inspiration to my teaching, described Yoga not as something to be imposed or that we should strive to attain, but instead as a body holiday. This is just how you'll feel during the yoga retreat day.
As you embrace your own nature and place in the world, you'll discover a more helpful and joyous relationship to the ground and sky, to yourself and to your inner being which is so often unheard or neglected in modern life. The practice will support your unique body, bring tranquility to your mind and create new freedom, comfort and fluidity of movement to carry with you into Spring.
