yoga that meets you where you are . . .

These 60 minute sessions combine the deep physical benefits of nurturing Yoga with calming and centring mindfulness. Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Through soulful, grounding practice you'll be brought into a profound sense of connection and peace.

 

I offer the chance to work with your body as it is, free from strain and stress, and instead cultivating comfort and space for energy to flow. You'll develop a closer friendship with your body, your mind, your inner being. As we learn how to occupy our bodies with kindness, patience and compassion so life itself becomes more easeful, tender and sweet.

things to help you have the best possible time

Once booked you will be added to the class list. If you've chosen a membership with online sessions joining details will be emailed to you at least 1 hour before the class. To make the most of your session:

  • arrive in good time (5-10 minutes ahead of the start)
  • have warmer layers handy and a blanket or something cosy for relaxation
  • if you have yoga props, bring these but they aren't at all necessary - blocks, yoga strap, bolster, eye pillow
  • during in person classes you will receive personal guidance where relevant, with online classes I am unable to offer detailed individual guidance
  • If you have an injury please take extra care and always practise within your limits, letting me know in advance if possible

can't make the classes but would like to learn yoga with me?

If you can't make the in person classes, but would still like to learn Yoga with me, why not join me online instead. I offer 2 livestream classes a week (via Zoom) and these are also recorded, edited and uploaded to my members' private video library to enjoy any time you like. 

 

You can also enjoy private 1-2-1 or 1-2-2 sessions from the comfort of your home or we can arrange face to face sessions bespoke to you.
